York Jaycees 22nd Annual Chili Cookoff

Saturday, May 29th, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Sovereign Bank Stadium!

Thanks to all the teams that participated last year and everyone who came out to help us raise money for many great causes!

More than 1,000 people attended the event. Check back to find out how much we were able to donate to the charities.
With hot weather and sunny skies, the walks were crowded at times, but some people were only sweating because of the chili!

For a complete list of winners, click here. Some highlights:

Grand Champion: Meg's Chili & Sammy's Salsa
Bud Light Traveling Trophy: Trio Restaurant & Lounge
1st Place Chili (Corporate Entry): Reliance Rascals
1st Place Chili (Individual/Non-Profit Entry): West York Boys Club

We had a NEW LOCATION for 2009: Sovereign Bank Stadium. Thanks to the York Revolution, Sovereign Bank Stadium, and CenterPlate staff for all their help with making this first year at the Stadium a great one! Teams and attendees both had positive responses about the new location and the Jaycees hope we've found a home for the event for many years to come.
