Pennsylvania Jaycees 2nd Quarter State Board Meeting & Outstanding Young Pennsylvanians Conference

York Jaycees attended the 2004 2nd Quarter State Board Meeting held in Harrisburg, PA on August 6-8. The 57th Annual Awards Ceremony was held at the National Civil War Museum. Four Outstanding Young Pennsylvanians (OYP) recipients received honors.
