Oyster Festival

The Oyster Festival is an annual event sponsored by the Historical Society of York County. It is their largest fundraiser. 2005 will be the 31th Annual Oyster Festival! Funds raised from this project are used in the general operations of the Historical Society of York County. The York Jaycees help them staff their event every October by volunteering to serve raw oysters, oyster sandwiches, oyster stew, steamed shrimp and steamed clams.

Details:	We need approximately 30 Jaycees to help staff this event. There are multiple shifts during the day. come on out to help setup, serve the oysters, or cleanup after the event
