" Be There" Club - Members sign-in at every General Membership meeting and deposit $0.25 in a money canister. At the end of the meeting, a name will be drawn from the current active membership list. If the member signed in and is present, they win the money. If the member has not signed in or is not present, the money is carried over to the next meeting. "It pays to be there!"

Jaycee of the Month / Quarter - Each month an award will be given to the York Jaycee who shows leadership, active participation and dedication to the York Chapter. The award will be presented at the monthly General Membership meeting and is voted on by the Board of Directors. Board members are not eligible to receive the award. A similar award will be presented to the York Jaycee who demonstrates the qualities listed above for an entire quarter.

Passport of Degrees - Educate new and current members about York Jaycee projects, I.D. programs, events, Springboard / Degrees of Jaycee Enrollment and Achievement and the general York Jaycee benefits.

Mentoring - Every new member is assigned a mentor. A mentor will be a current York Jaycee who will contact the new member periodically for the first three months. The mentor will explain upcoming events, remind them of upcoming general membership meetings and generally reinforce participation benefits.

Participation Incentive / Jaycee Dollars - Members will have the opportunity to earn Jaycee dollars by attending and staffing events or projects. Each event or project will have a dollar value applied to it and attendees will be able to earn that amount. They then will be able to use these dollars towards another activity or prize that the York Jaycee chapter offers. A member will be able to earn a maximum of $25 York Jaycee dollars per year. This program was created in 2002.
