The 2008 Theme is "Learn, Lead, Succeed."

Finding a theme that embodies our mission and what my goals are for the year has proven difficult. True to the laws of nature, when you aren't looking for something, you find it:

“Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” -John F. Kennedy

This quote gave me our theme for the year. "Learn, Lead, Succeed." Our focus this year will be on what makes us a strong organization, our membership. We will work on programs that develop their skills, motivate their minds, and open their eyes to what life has to offer. At the end of the year, our accomplishments will speak for themselves. Our membership will have grown, those new members will be involved, and we will have reconnected to the past greatness of the York Jaycees.
